2. Definitions

• Client: An individual or organization using Salvin Realtors to search, book, or inquire about rental properties.
• Landlord: A property owner who lists rental properties on the Salvin Realtors platform.
• Tenant: An individual who rents or leases a property listed on the Salvin Realtors platform.
• Rental Property: A property listed for rent or lease on the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

• Account Creation: You are responsible for creating and maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information while using the platform.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in fraudulent activities or misuse the platform in any way.

4. Rental Listings and Bookings

Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of rental property listings. Salvin Realtors does not guarantee the accuracy of listings and will not be held responsible for discrepancies. When booking a property, users must pay the applicable service fee via M-Pesa. Once confirmed, the booking will be finalized and saved in our system.

5. Payment Terms

• Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted through M-Pesa or other authorized methods.
• Refund and Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a refund, subject to our cancellation policy.

6. Liability

Salvin Realtors will not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the platform, including but not limited to issues with rental properties or transactions.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy to ensure a secure and personalized experience. All data is protected and used only for legitimate purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Salvin Realtors platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Salvin Realtors or licensed from third parties. This content is protected by intellectual property laws, and you may only use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes, and it is your responsibility to review the updated terms regularly.

10. Termination

Salvin Realtors reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any of our terms or engage in unlawful activities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any legal disputes will be resolved in accordance with Kenyan law.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through arbitration in Kenya. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
